Publishing with Human Capital Leadership Review
ISSN 2693-9452 (online)
Review Process: All submissions will undergo immediate editorial review by one or more members of the editorial team. More scholarly-oriented submissions (e.g. original research submissions and/or some "Research Briefs" or "Research Insights" articles) will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process (all peer-reviewed articles will be clearly labeled as such). Peer-reviewed submissions will be sent to a minimum of two reviewers for an independent expert assessment of the scholarly quality (see the HCL Review Peer-Review Form). The decision as to whether your article is accepted or rejected will be made by our editorial team. The average editorial-reviewed acceptance rate for the HCL Review is 69 percent, while the average peer-reviewed acceptance rate for the HCL Review is 18 percent.
